Fee Schedule

We have modified our fee policies.  Starting in the 2008/09 conference calendar we are eliminating late fees in favor of a deposit system.  Now in order to request country assignments, your institution must first remit payment or proof of payment of the institution fee.  Schools may either send checks or can pay through PayPal.  Please contact registration@paxmun.org to make arrangements.  If PAXMUN has not received payment in full by March 26 your country assignments may be released.

Clarion Anaheim Resort Hotel

We are definitely in the heart of Orange County with our Anaheim venue… and with all the nearly attractions. The Clarion Anaheim Hotel is one block away from Disneyland and near the convention centre… and within minutes of other nearby sites. All our conference committees will be held in the hotel’s professional meeting rooms providing us with both the diplomatic ambiance and professional environment essential for our overall UN-style deliberations and exchanges. The luncheon program, which will be a working lunch, will be held in one of the hotel’s restaurant. The Clarion Anaheim Resort has extended an outstanding rate.

* Mini-suites (Occupancy for 1-5 persons) $109.00
(Mini-suites have double/double bedding, sofa bed, refrigerators and microwaves)
Hotel tax is 14%. Early reservations will be vital. Lodging reservations must be made by March 10, 2009. Reservations made after March 10th will be provided on a strict space-availability basis (likely with higher rates).
